摘　　要：目的:促进我院临床合理用药。方法:采用公示的方法,每月初将我院上月单价在10元以上(最小包装)药品按应用数量进行排序,排序位于前10位药品从用法用量、不良反应、注意事项等几个方面进行有针对性分析。分析结果在院内局域网予以公示。结果与结论:我院应用数量列前10位药品存在不合理使用现象;药品公示不仅是必须的,而且是有效的;公示的警示作用是双向的。OBJECTIVE：To promote rational use of drugs in our hospital.METHODS：The drugs above 10 yuan per unit were sorted according to the utilization amount of drugs.Top 10 drugs in the list of utilization amount were analyzed in respect of dosage and usage,adverse drug reaction and notice.Results of analysis were publicized in local area network of hospital.RESULT CONCLUSIONS：The application of top 10 drugs in the list of utilization amount in our hospital is inappropriate.Public informing of drugs is necessary,effective and of bidirectional warning effect.
