摘　　要：目的:探讨药学服务对提高癫痫患者用药依从性及治疗效果的影响。方法:采用问卷调查的方法对128例门诊规范治疗的癫痫患者进行不同程度的药学服务,并与87例没有进行药学服务的门诊患者就用药依从性及疗效进行了对照研究。结果:通过药学服务,2组患者的用药依从性及癫痫症状的控制程度都有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:药学服务能提高癫痫患者的用药依从性,规范癫痫治疗。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the effects of pharmaceutical care on the improvement of compliance and therapeutic efficacy in epilepsy patients.METHODS：By questionnaire survey,pharmaceutical care was carried out for 128 epilepsy outpatients with 87 epilepsy outpatients didn＇t received pharmaceutical care as control.The compliance and therapeutic efficacy were compared between two groups.RESULTS：Through pharmaceutical care,there were significant differences in the compliance and therapeutic efficacy between two groups （P0.05）.CONCLUSION：Pharmaceutical care can improve the compliance in epilepsy patients and standardize epilepsy therapy.
