摘　　要：目的:为临床药师针对婴儿痉挛症患儿实施药学监护提供参考。方法:通过理论联系临床实践,形成对婴儿痉挛症的系统药学监护要点。结果与结论:临床药师通过对婴儿痉挛症患儿住院期间的药学服务及出院前用药教育,可提高患儿用药的安全性及有效性。OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for clinical pharmacists applying pharmaceutical care for infantile spasm.METHODS：The experience of clinical practice was summarized and related literatures were searched to develop systematic points of pharmaceutical care for infantile spasm.RESULTSCONCLUSION：Pharmacists providing pharmaceutical care during hospitalization and medication education before discharging from hospital for children with infantile spasm can improve safety and effectiveness of drug use in child patient.
