摘 要:提出了一种利用三维场仿真软件AnsoftHFSS模拟二极管的新方法,解决了常用的仿真软件无法模拟利用场的正交性来构成平衡结的一类空间混合集成电路的问题。利用该方法,可在场仿真软件中直接进行该类型电路的整体设计和仿真,提高了设计的效率和准确性。利用AnsoftHFSS中的阻抗边界代替二极管,将阻抗边界的值设定为二极管的阻抗值,进行其匹配电路的仿真设计。制作了一款U波段鳍线单平衡混频器,在40~60GHz频率范围内,混频器射频端口回波损耗的测试结果与仿真结果吻合良好,验证了该方法的可行性。In this paper,a new method of simulating diodes using three-dimensional field simulation software,Ansoft HFSS,has been proposed,which solved the problem that it is unavailable to simulate the orthogonality of two electric fields using the circuit sumulation software in some specific spatial hybrid integrated circuits.Now,this kind of circuit can be simulated using field simulation software directly with the method proposed,which improves the efficiency and accuracy.The diodes were replaced by the impedance boundary in HFSS,whose impedance was set equal to the impedance of the diode,then the matching circuit could be simulated.A finline single-balanced mixer was designed to validate this method.The measured return loss in the radio frequency port agree well with simulated result by this method from 40 to 60 GHz,which validates this method.
