摘  要:为探讨长期不同水平维生素A对大鼠细胞免疫功能的影响,采用在8周内给予大鼠进食不同水平维生素A的饲料,并测定其外周血T细胞亚群、淋巴细胞转化及IL-2和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的分泌。结果显示:①维生素A轻、重度缺乏均会导致CD4细胞减少,CD4/CD8下降,IL-2及TNF-α分泌减少。重度维生素A缺乏还导致胸腺、脾脏明显萎缩,淋巴细胞转化受抑。②维生素A5倍过量组CD4细胞增多,CD4/CD8上升,淋巴细胞转化活跃,IL-2分泌增加。③维生素A25倍过量组则显示CD8细胞增多,CD4/CD8下降。结果提示,维生素A缺乏或长期较大剂量的使用均可造成免疫功能的损害。Forty SD rats were divided into five groups: serious vitamin A deficiency group, marginal vitamin A deficiency group, control group, five times RDA group, twenty five times RDA group. They received experimental diets containing different amount of vitamin A for eight weeks. The results showed that: ①Both serious and marginal vitamin A deficiency led to a loss of CD4 T cell, a decreased ratio of CD4/CD8 and marked reduction in productions of IL 2 and TNF α. Moreover, serious deficiency could impair immune organs and depress the lymphocyte proliferation response. ②In five times RDA group, the number of CD4 T cells and the ratio of CD4/CD8 were higher than those of control. Besides that, five times RDA of vitamin A could stimulate the lymphocyte proliferation response and IL 2 production. ③Although no toxic symptoms were observed in twenty five times RDA group, the number of CD8 increased and the ratio of CD4/CD8 fell down. It suggested that vitamin A deficiency and twenty five times RDA of vitamin A would impair the cell mediated immunity, while five times RDA of vitamin A may benefit the cell mediated immunity during eight week using.
