摘　　要：目的:观察动物灌胃(ig)玄归止痛滴丸的急性毒性和长期毒性,确定无毒反应的剂量,评估玄归止痛滴丸长期用药安全性。方法:以最大浓度最大体积的玄归止痛滴丸ig ICR种健康小白鼠,测定最大耐受量;以高、中、低3个剂量对大鼠进行连续ig给药,连续6周,给药6周后每组取2/3只动物进行检测,观察大鼠的一般体征、体重、食物消耗量以及血液细胞学、生化学指标、组织病理学检查,余下动物停药后继续饲养2周后进行相应检查。结果:小鼠1 d内ig玄归止痛滴丸最大耐受量20 g·kg^(-1),相当于临床日剂量的869倍,各给药组与对照组检查指标,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:ig玄归止痛滴丸对小鼠、大鼠均无明显的毒性反应。Objective： To observe the acute toxicity of Xuangnizhitong Drip ball in mice and its long-period toxicity in rats, so evaluated the safety dosage window in clinical application. Method： The maximal tolerance dosage was tested by gastric perfusion of single oral dose of Xuangnizhitong Drip ball. Three groups of rats in high, moderate and low dosage of Xuangnizhitong Drip ball were administered with repeated gastric perfusion of Xuangnizhitong for 6 weeks, after given medicine 6 cycles, every group 2/3 animal set given a test, The symbol,weight, food wastages, blood cytology of the rats were observed, unprocessed chemistry index, histopathology were performed,The remaining animals were stops drug, the examination carrying out after the queen continues raising 2 cycles. Result： The oral maximal tolerance dose of Xuanguizhitong Drip ball in mice was 20 g.kg^-1 , be equal to 869 times of clinical day dosages ,There was no significant difference between the test groups and the control in all tested parameters （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The Xuanguizhitong Drip ball have no obviously toxicity, so suggest that Xuangnizhitong Drip ball is safe for clinical application.
