摘　　要：目的:建立用HPLC法测定开胃健脾丸中橙皮苷含量的方法。方法:采用COSMOSIL 5C_(18)-MS-II柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.5%冰醋酸(20:80);流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1);检测波长:283 nm。结果:橙皮苷在进样量在0.086～2.154μg的范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),加样回收率为103.72%,RSD为1.41%。结论:本方法灵敏、简便、快速,适用于该药的质量控制。Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination of hesperidin in kaiweijianpi pills. Method： COSMOSIL 5 C18-MS-II column （250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm） was used, the mobile phase was acetonitrile -0. 5 % acetic acid （20： 80）, the flow rate was 1.0 ml.min^-1 , and detection wavelength was 283 nm. Result： The linear ranges of hesperidin was 0. 086-2. 154μg （ r = 0.999 9）, the recovery was 103.72% ,RSD was 1.41%. Conclusion： This method is sensitive, simple, rapid and applicable to .the drug quality control.
