锌拮抗砷诱发小鼠微核作用的效应特征研究

摘　　要：采用小鼠骨髓微核试验，对锌拮抗砷诱发小鼠微核作用的效应特征进行了研究。结果表明，砷确可使小鼠骨髓细胞微核率增加，染砷同时染锌，锌可明显地拮抗砷诱发小鼠微核的作用，且呈剂量－效应关系。In order to characterize the antagonism of zinc against Arsenic induced micronuclei,a bone marrow micronucleus test in mice was conducted.The results were as Follows:coexposure of zinc and arsenic to mice could induce a dose effect antagonism of zinc against arsenic induced micronuclei in mice.There fore,the findings gurrantee a scientific evidence for both further study and field intervention of zinc against Arsenic toxicity.
