摘　　要：为了加快河南农业现代化、城乡一体化的步伐,建立农地流转市场机制既有必要也有可能。土地供需机制、价格形成机制、土地市场竞争机制是我省农村土地流转市场机制构成的三个要素。建立农地流转市场机制需遵循经济、社会和生态效益相统一、保护耕地、公平、公开、公正等原则。明晰农地流转的产权关系、规范农地流转行为、推行新型土地股份合作制是构建农地流转市场机制的基本路径。The foundation of market mechanism in agriculture land transfer is necessary and possible in order to step on agricultural modenization and unified design between the city and the countryside ofHenan Province.The mechanism of land supply and demand,the mechanismOf price come into being,the mechanism of land market competitionAre three constituent elements of market mechanism about the use right circulation of rural collective land in Henan Province.It is necessary to follow the principles of protecting arable land,equity,open,fair and square,and so on.The bsic course of found market mechanism of circulation of rural collective land is clarification of property rights and regulated activities in the use right circulation of rural collective land in Henan Province and push new land joint stock cooperative system.
