摘  要:甲基黄酮醇胺(MFA)2和5mg·kg-1iv减慢麻醉犬心率,降低血压,但对左心室收缩压,左心室舒张末压和左心室内压最大上升及下降速率(±dp/dtmax)没有显著影响.MFA5mg·kg-1iv后30min麻醉犬心输出量增加2%,总外周阻力下降16%;冠脉血流量增加38%,冠脉阻力下降39%.MFA2和5mg·kg-1iv分别使心肌耗氧指数下降18%和23%.研究表明,MFA具有增加麻醉犬冠脉血流量,降低心肌耗氧量,降低外周血管阻力的作用.Cardiovascular effect of methylflavono lamine (MFA) was studied in anesthetized open chest dogs. MFA 2 and 5 mg·kg 1 iv decreased heart rate and mean aortic blood pressure. No significant change was observed in left ventricular systolic pressure, left ventricular end diastolic pressure and maximal rate of rise and decline of left ventricular pressure. After MFA 5 mg·kg 1 iv 30 min, cardiac output and coronary blood flow were increased by 2% and 38%, with total peripheral and coronary vascular resistance decreases by 16% and 39%, respectively. MFA 2 and 5 mg·kg 1 iv reduced the index of myocardial oxygen consumption by 18% and 23%, respectively. The results suggest that MFA increase coronary blood flow, decrease total peripheral vascular resistance and have oxygen spare effect on heart in anesthetized dogs.
