摘  要:目的:探讨颈椎侧块螺钉技术在颈椎骨折脱位中的应用。方法:应用颈椎侧块钉棒内固定系统治疗颈椎骨折脱位12例,术中使用Roy-Camille技术置入螺钉。结果:12例病人经5~24个月的临床随访,未发现内固定松动脱落,8例病人获骨性融合。脊髓功能按Frankel分级,3例术前为A级,患者均无明显恢复;其余9例术前为B、C级,病人的脊髓功能障碍均得了不同程度的恢复。结论:颈椎侧块钉棒系统对颈椎的骨折脱位关节实绞锁具有确实复位作用,并且在进行后路减压的同时能获得稳定的内固定。正确的选择进钉点和入钉方向可降低神经根和椎动脉损伤的发生率。Objective: To study the treatment of fracture and dislocation of cervical spine by lateral mass screw technique. Methods: Applying the lateral mass screw system to treat 12 cases of fracture and dislocation of cervical spine, and during the operation, Roy-Camille technique was used to implant screws. Results: Among the 12 cases, clinical follow-up was ranging from 5 to 24 months with the mean time 13 months. No instrument looseness was found. 8 cases had bone fusion .3 cases who was Frankel A grade before operation didn’t have obvious improvement, and the rest 9 cases who was Frankel B,C grade before operation had improvements .Conclusion:The lateral mass screw technique can reduce fracture and dislocation of cervical spine. Implanting Screw by correct means can reduce the rate of neurologic complications.
