摘　　要：目的:进一步探讨大剂量米非司酮配伍米索前列醇对稽留流产的疗效。方法:对130例稽留流产患者连续3天顿服米非司酮100mg,第4天顿服米索前列醇600ug,用药后观察腹痛、出血、组织物排出及清宫等情况。结果:完全流产率占93.07%,不全流产占4.6%,未流产占2.3%。结论:大剂量米非司酮配伍米索前列醇对稽留流产安全、有效、方便。Objective： to explore high-dose mifepristone compatibility of misoprostol in the curative effect of carcass abortion. Methods： the patients of 130 cases carcass abortion for three consecutive days, a day＇s meals served 100mg mifepristone served misoprostol 600ug, after observing abdominal pain, hemorrhage, organization and qing things out. Results： the abortion rate of 93.07% completely, not all of abortion, abortion, 4.6% of 2.3%. Conclusion： high-dose mifepristone misoprostol compatibility of carcass abortion safe, effective, convenient.
