摘  要:雷公藤多甙(polyglycosideofTripterygiumwilfordiHook.f.,TWP)临床广泛用于治疗类风湿性关节炎等多种自身免疫性疾病,既可抑制细胞免疫又可抑制体液免疫[1].但其在免疫抑制过程中对一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的影响却...The effect of polyglycoside of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f. (TWP) on NO production in mouse peritoneal M  was studied. The results indicated that TWP at 2.0 and 4.0 mg·L 1 (in vitro) and 15 and 60 mg·kg 1 (ig) reduced the NO 2 - production induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS) 10 mg·L 1 and interferon γ(IFN γ) 150 kU·L 1 in cultured peritoneal M  obtained from C57BL/6 mice. Concanavalin A(Con A) stimulated M  produced more NO 2 - than static M  and the NO 2 - level was not affected by LPS, IFN γ or TWP. However, if mice were treated by TWP 15 and 60 mg·kg 1 (ig) 4 d before Con A(ip), the NO 2 - production in Con A stimulated M  was lowered. These results suggest that TWP decrease NO production through inhibiting the induction of nitric oxide synthase in M , which may partially account for its immunosuppressive actions.
