摘 要:目的对四肢组织缺损进行修复与功能重建。方法自1979年以来,采用显微外科、修复与重建外科多种新术式,对800例四肢战伤性皮肤、肌肉、骨骼、血管及神经损伤进行修复与功能重建。结果对30例战伤性骨缺损,采用吻合血管的骨移植,全部获得成功;对150例周围神经火器伤,采用神经束间缝合及束间移植术,其总优良率较传统方法为优;对500例周围血管火器伤,早期进行血管吻合和血管移植术,血管通畅率为91%;对120例四肢战伤性皮肤、肌肉等软组织缺损进行一次性修复,并同时解决肌肉的动力。Objective To repair tissue defects and reconstruct the war wound of limbs Methods Since 1979, many new surgical techniques of microsurgery and reparative and reconstructive surgery had been used to repair the war injuries of skin, muscle, bones, blood vessels and nerves of limbs in 800 cases, and to reconstruct limb function Results Free vascularized bone flap was successfully transferred to repair the bone defects in 30 cases Epineurial neurorrhaphy and interfascicular nerve grafting were used to repair the forearm wounds of peripheral nerve in 150 cases and the good excellent rate is better than that of tranditional methods The forearm wounds of peripheral blood vessels were repaired by anastomosis and grafting in early stage in 500 cases, and the patency rate was 91% The defects of skin,muscle of limbs in forearm wounds were repaired in a one stage procedure in 120 cases, the problem of muscle force was solved simultaneously Conclusions Microsurgical technique was one of the ideal methods to repair tissue defects in the forearm wound of limbs
