摘　　要：目的介绍阴茎再植和再造的临床经验。方法应用腹壁双血管蒂皮瓣、阴股沟皮瓣及皮管、脐旁皮瓣、髂腹部皮瓣、前臂皮瓣及足背皮瓣再造阴茎１１２例，阴茎再植１例。结果阴茎再造及阴茎再植病例全部获得成功。结论一般体型者可选用腹部皮瓣，其顺序为髂腹部皮瓣、脐旁皮瓣、腹壁双血管蒂皮瓣；对于体胖者应选用阴股沟皮瓣或皮管。Objective Report of clinical experiences on penis replantation and reconstruction Methods One hundred and tweleve cases of penis reconstruction were performed using bi pedicled abdominal flaps,pudendal femoral flaps or tubes,para umbilical flaps,illio abdominal flaps,forearm flaps and pedal dorsal flaps One case of penis replantation was performed Results All of the operations were successful Conclusions In patients with average physique. build,abdominal flaps may be used for reconstruction,and the sequences of choice are illio abdominal flaps,para umbilical flaps,bipedicled abdominal flaps In obese patients,pudendo femoral flaps or tubes,and microsurgical forearm flaps may be used for reconstruction
