摘　　要：目的观察肢体皮神经及其邻近皮瓣的血管分布，阐明皮神经营养血管皮瓣成活的解剖学基础。方法在４１例成人下肢尸体上，用血管灌注填充剂方法，分别制成解剖剥离标本或透明标本。结果皮神经为多源性血供，按级分为节段动脉、营养动脉、外膜动脉和神经干内微血管网。结论供养皮神经的血管与邻近皮瓣血管间的良好侧副循环。Objective To investigate the blood vessels distribution of the cutaneous nerve and its adjacent flap in extremities,and to expound the anatomical basis survival of the neurocutaneous vascular flap Methods Anatomical observational specimens and transparent specimens were made by perfusion injection of filling materials into the blood vessels of 41 adult lower extremities Results The blood supply of the cutaneous nerve was very profuse The arteries could be divided into the segmental artery,the nutrient artery,the epineurial artery,and an interfascicular vascular network according to their levels There was well developed collateral circulation between the blood vessels of the cutaneous nerve and the blood vessels of its adjacent flap Conclusions The rich collateral circulation between the blood vessels of the cutaneous nerve and the blood vessels of its adjacent flap is the survival basis of neurocutaneous vascular flap
