摘  要:目的评价感觉神经植入术在灵长类动物失神经无毛皮肤的感觉重建效果。方法手术方法使猴手指掌侧皮肤失神经支配,并将指神经再植入其皮下。12个月后用神经电生理方法观察再生纤维相对数量、感觉类型、放电特征、感受野分布及机械纤维平均阈值。结果神经植入组有较高的放电纤维检出率;再生纤维在感觉种类、放电特征、感受野分布方面保持着正常电生理特征;再生机械纤维有较敏感的阈值。Objective To assess the sensory restoration of the denervated glabrous skin in primate following sensory implantation Methods\ The palmar skin of every monkey finger in experimental group was denervated by operation and one of the digital nerves was implanted into its subcutaneous tissue After 12 months neuroelectrophysiological methods were used to observe quantities,modalities,discharging characters and receptive fields of the regenerated fibers Results\ The experimental group had a high discharging rate and the modalities,discharging characters,receptive fields of regenerated fibers were similar to those in normal group It also had a sensitive mean threshold of regenerated mechanical fibers Conclusions\ Sensory nerve implantation has a good effect on restoration of the denervated glabrous skin in primate
