摘　　要：目的研究玉屏风软胶囊的最佳提取工艺。方法以玉屏风组方的药材干浸膏得率和黄芪甲苷为测定指标,采用正交试验方法确定最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺确定为12倍量水提取二次,每次提取时间分别为1.5、1.0 h。结论本方法确定的技术参数能够满足处方工艺要求,可以有效地保证药品质量和疗效。Objective To study the optimal extraction process of Yupingfeng soft capsule.Methods With the yield of dry extract and astragalus as index,to determine the optimal extraction process of Yupingfeng soft capsule.Results The best extracting condition was the following,adding 12 times the volume of water for extracting two times for 1.5 and 1.0 h each time,respectively.Conclusion The extraction conditions can meet demand the technological requirements of prescription and ensure the quality and effi cacy of product.
