广金钱草及其煎剂HPLC指纹图谱的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的建立广金钱草HPLC指纹图谱分析方法,研究金钱草饮片及其煎剂指纹图谱的相关性。方法采用HPLC法分析。结果广金钱草及其煎剂均标示出11个共有峰,主要特征峰的提取率在53.39%~87.40%之间;饮片与煎剂之间的相似度为0.981~0.997之间。结论本法准确可靠,重复性好,为广金钱草的物质基础研究提供了一定参考。Objective To establish the method of fingerprint analysis on Desmodii Styracifolii Herba,and study the correlation of HPLC fingerprint on the decoction pieces and decoction.Methods HPLC with Zorbax SB-Aq was used,acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid（gradient elution）as a mobile phase,detection wavelength was at 270 nm,flow rate was 1 mL·min-1,and column temperature was 40℃.Results 11 common peaks were separated in the decoction pieces and decoction of Desmodii Styracifolii Herba.The extraction percentages of the main peaks were 53.39%~87.40%.The similarity between the decoction pieces and decoction was 0.981~0.997.Conclusion The method is reliable,accurate and can be used as a quality control method for Desmodii Styracifolii Herba.The Flavonoids of Desmodii Styracifolii Herba were extracted by decocting method,which provides a reference for the material base of Desmodii Styracifolii Herba.
