摘 要:目的对不同种植地区,不同采摘批次丹参药材中的活性成分丹酚酸B及隐丹参酮的含量同时进行测定,研究新的丹参质控指标。方法本文采用高效液相色谱及紫外-可见光二极管阵列检测器联用技术(HPLC-DAD),以乙腈-水(含0.026%磷酸)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长270 nm,柱温24℃。结果丹酚酸B浓度在65-390μg·mL^-1,隐丹参酮浓度在2.2-22μg·mL^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系。丹酚酸B的含量为0.363%-0.497%,隐丹参酮的含量为0.0095%-0.0284%。结论本法测定结果准确可靠,可同时将丹酚酸B和隐丹参酮二者作为丹参的质量控制指标。Objective To simultaneously determine the content of salvianolic acid B and cryptotanshinone in Salvia miltiorrhiza planted from different regions,the two compounds were used to evaluate the difference of the preparations.Methods HPLC-DAD method was used to determine the content of salvianolic acid B and cryptotanshinone with a mobile phase of acetonitrile and water-phosphoric acid(100:0.026,v/v).The detector wavelength was set at 270 nm and the detector temperature was set at 24℃.Results It had a good linearity when the content of salvianolic acid B was 65~390 μg·mL-1,the same to cryptotanshinone when the content was 2.2~22 μg·mL-1.The range of salvianolic acid B was 0.363%-0.497% and the range of cryptotanshinone was 0.009 5%-0.028 4% in the ten Salvia miltiorrhiza preparations.Conclusion This method appeared to be rapid,accurate and reliable to simultaneously determine the content of salvianolic acid B and cryptotanshinone in Salvia miltiorrhiza.
