国产卡维地洛对高血压病的降压疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的：观察国产新药卡维地洛对轻、中度高血压病患者的降压疗效及安全性。方法：对符合入选标准的９０例高血压病患者，随机分２组，即试验药物卡维地洛组及拉贝洛尔组，观察用药前、后血压、心率、心电图及各项生化检查，同时记录不良反应。结果：单用卡维地洛治疗４周后，总有效率９５．６％，其中舒张压下降（１６±７）ｍｍＨｇ（１ｍｍＨｇ＝０．１３３ｋＰａ），收缩压下降（２５±１６）ｍｍＨｇ，与治疗前相比Ｐ＜０．０１，与拉贝洛尔组治疗４周后降压总有效率相近，治疗过程中心率下降（１６±１０）次／分，两组均无严重不良反应发生，对血、尿、血液生化及心电图等均无显著影响。结论：国产卡维地洛对轻、中度高血压病患者具有明显降压疗效，不良反应轻微。Objective: To investigate the effects and safety of domestic carvedilol on blood pressure in patients with mild to moderate hypertension. Methods:90 patients with hypertension were divided into two groups randomizedly, carvedilol group and labetalol group. Blood pressure, heart rate, ECG and biochemical tests were observed before and after taking the drug, and side effects were recorded at the same time. Results: After 4 weeks of therapy, cumulative effectiveness of carvedilol was 95.6%, reduction in blood pressure was (25±16) mmHg systolic and (16±7) mmHg diastolic, and the heart rate reduction was (16±10) beats·min -1 , respectively. The cumulative effectiveness was not significantly different for the two groups. Both groups had no serious adverse events and clinically significant laboratory abnormalities due to treatment. Conclusion: Domestic carvedilol is considered to be an effective and well tolerated drug for mild to moderate essential hypertension.
