摘　　要：培养集教学、科研、办案和育人四维一体的高质量、创新型、复合型法医学人才是时代发展需要,是科学发展观的要求。在以"学生为本"的教学理念的指导下,中南大学法医学系通过深化教学改革、转变教学模式、建设法医实践基地,有效地培养了学生的创新能力和实践能力。Cultivating some innovative inter-disciplinary talents with high qualities,which includes the excellent abilities in teaching,scientific research,case analysis and conducting,is on the demand of modern development and the scientific development.Under the direction of ＂students orientedidea＂,forensic medicine department of Central South University made a large teaching reforms by means of transforming teaching mode,constructing the forensic practice base etc,and effectively cultivated the students＇ability of innovation practice.
