摘　　要：如何培养科研创新型医学人才是21世纪医学教育改革的重点。在机能实验教学中,就如何培养大学生科研创新能力进行了探索与实践。提出转变教育理念、更新教育模式、加强科研实践、增加设计性实验等是提高大学生科研创新能力行之有效的途径。Cultivating the talents with scientific research and innovation has been the emphasis of medical education in 21st century.We make a deep exploration and practice on how to cultivate the innovative ability of undergraduates in functional experimental teaching.The article points out that it is an effective way to convert educational sense,to update educational mode,to strengthen the scientific research practice,and to enhance the innovative experiment.
