摘 要:目的 :探讨腰背痛伴发下肢痛和下肢肌痉挛的化学神经机制。方法 :应用荧光双标记法结合免疫组化 PAP法对 17只豚鼠进行了研究。将碘化丙啶注入股神经干 ,双苯甲亚胺注入腰背肌。结果 :发现在 L3~ 5节段脊神经节中存在着荧光双标记细胞。荧光双标记细胞的出现率为 3.4 % ,约 4 3.7%的荧光双标记细胞含降钙素基因相关肽 ,含降钙基基因相关肽的荧光双标记细胞均为中、中小和小型细胞。结论 :在腰背肌与股神经之间存在着脊神经节初级感觉神经元周围突分支投射现象 ,部分细胞含降钙素基因相关肽 。The low back pain with referred pain is a common disorder. Its neurological mechanism is not thoroughly known, therefore its treatment is not very satisfactory. 17 guinea pigs were used to study the neuroanatomical basis for the low back pain with the referred pain and tetanus in the lower limb by the method of fluorescent double labelling combined with immunohistochemistry. PI was injected into the femoral nerve, and Bb into the low back muscle. The single and double labelling neurons were observed in L3~5 SG. The frequency of double labelling neurons was 3.4% . About 43.7% of all double labelling neurons showed CGRP like immunoreactivity. All CGRP immunoreactive double labelling neurons were of medium or small size. The results indicate that the peripheral projection of primary sensory neurons of the lumbar spinal ganglion can be distributed into the femoral nerve and the low back muscle. Some of the fluorescent double labelling sensory neurons are CGRP like immunoreactive and may be the neurological basis for referred pain occurring at spinal ganglia sensory level and for the low back pain accompanied with the pain and tetanus in the lower limb.
