摘  要:用组织透明揭层铺片、组织切片及微血管铸型扫描电镜观察三种方法 ,观测了足月新鲜胎儿横结肠肠壁的微血管构筑。血管配布可分为四个层次 :浆肌层血管丛主要由缘动脉的长支、短支及粘膜下丛一级血管网发出的返支构成 ;环行肌层血管丛有特定的构筑形式 ,依次形成肌束间、肌束内及肌纤维血管 ,肌纤维血管呈细小的波浪状称为蚓状血管 ;粘膜下层血管丛呈“层状”分布 ,形成三级血管 ,其一级血管网为结肠器官内血管三维空间联系的交通枢纽 ;粘膜层血管丛呈近似圆柱体三维构筑形式 ,体现了均匀分布的粘膜腺及孤立淋巴滤泡轮廓。The microvasculature of the transverse colon wall in full term fetuses was studied by cleared tissues, tissue sections and microvascular casts under scanning electron microscope. The vascular architecture was divided into four layers. The sero muscular plexus consisted of long and short branches of marginal arteries and the first grade vascular network of the submucosal plexus. There was a special pattern in the circular muscle plexus which consisted of muscle interbundle, muscle bundle, muscle fiber blood vessel in turn. The wave like blood vessel of muscle fiber was called lumbricoid blood vessel. The submucosal plexus was composed of three grade vascular network. The first vascular network was a hub of three dimensional space communications of intramural blood vessel in transverse colon. The mucosal plexus was cylinder like three dimensioned structure, showing the outlines of the colonic mucosal glands and solitary lymphatic follicles. There was a significant difference in the mesh density of each part and layer of the vascular netwrk .
