耳郭的测量与美学探讨

摘　　要：目的 :为耳郭的修复、整形、美容提供形态学基础 ,进一步丰富形态学资料。方法 :用人体测量仪对 50 4例大学生的耳郭进行了 19项测量。结果 :容貌耳宽 :男性 30 .77± 3.73( 39.4 1～ 2 2 .30 ) mm,女性 30 .4 5± 4 .2 3( 36.2 0～2 4 .2 0 ) mm,容貌耳长 :男性 58.51± 4 .2 4 ( 68.80～ 4 1.90 ) mm,女性 56.73± 5.0 8( 64.70～ 4 1.50 ) mm,另测量了耳正中宽、容貌耳宽至耳正中宽距 ,耳上游离部长度、深度 ,耳后游离部长度、深度 ,耳根长、宽 ,耳垂长、宽 ,耳屏对耳屏间宽 ,耳屏切迹深 ,耳屏高 ,耳垂下垂度 ,耳甲腔宽、高、深 ,并对容貌耳宽、长及耳后游离部深、长进行了指数计算。结论 :耳郭的形态个体差异较大 ,但自身比例较接近。Objective: To provide a morphological basis for renovation, cosmetology and plastics of auricula. methods: 19 items of measurement were made on the auricula of 504 students with human surveying instrument. Results: The width of auricle physiognomy: male 30.77±3.73(39.41～22.3) mm, female 30.45±4.23(36.20～24.20) mm. The length of auricula physiognomy: male 58.51±4.24(68.80～41.90) mm, female 56.73±5.08(64.70～41.50) mm. The width of the middle of auricula, the distance between auricula physiognomic width and the width of the middle of auricula, length, depth of the upper free part of auricula, the length depth of the back free part of auricula, the length, width of the ear root, the length, width of the earlobe, the distance between the tragus and the antitragus, the depth oft incisure intertragica, the height of the tragus, the degree of the prolapse of the earlobe, the width, height, depth of the cavum conchal were measured. The width length index of auricle physiognomy and the depth length index of the back free part of auricle were worked out too. Conclusions: There is a significant difference of the shape of auricle which is close in proportion by itself.
