摘　　要：医务工作者面对医疗和学术的双重压力,迫切需要一种更加人性化、主动化、专业化的文献检索服务。推送服务因其方便和人性化越来越受到大众的推崇。手机作为一种可以随身携带的个性化工具,也被运用到了推送服务当中,且较传统推送方式有实时性、高效性、广泛性、移动性、便携性等优越性。本文研究了这种新型媒介在推送服务中的运营程序,提出了包括服务的请程序,信息的来源,推送信息的质量控制和运营商四个环节的具体实现方法,同时分析了当前手机推送服务的现状并且提出对未来的展望。Confronted with the double pressure of clinic and academics, the health professionals need a kind of much more hu-mane, active and professional bibliographic retrieval services.Push service becomes more and more popular because of its convenience and humanity.As a kind of portable customized tool, mobile phones are used in the field of push service and make the push service more prompt, effective, comprehensive and portable than the traditional push service.We studied the operating procedure of push service based on mobile phones, provided implementations including the application of the service, the source of the information, the quality control of the service and the operators altogether four taches.Moreover, we analyzed the current status of the push service and pointed out the prospect of future development in this field.
