早期乳腺癌应用保乳手术治疗效果的临床观察

摘　　要：目的早期乳腺癌分别应用保乳手术与改良根治手术进行治疗,观察美容效果、生存率及生活质量的不同。方法选取我院收治的260例早期乳腺癌患者,分为观察组与对照组,观察组共130例,应用保乳手术治疗,对照组共130例,应用乳腺癌改良根治手术治疗,二组患者术后均进行治疗,关注患者的美容效果、生存率及生活质量。结果观察组患者术后的美容的优良率是58.46%,术后5年随访,二组患者的生存率差别无统计学意义,而观察组患者生活质量评分明显高于对照组。结论早期乳腺癌患者应用保乳手术治疗,美容效果明显,并能达到与根治手术相同的5年生存率,患者生活质量高,临床中可以应用。Objective To observe the curative effect,cosmetic effect and life quality in early breast carcinoma by breast-conserving surgery. Methods 260 cases with early breast carcinoma were divided into two groups. The observation group（ 130 cases） was intervened by breast-conserving surgery. The control group was （ 130 cases） was intervened by modified radical mastectomy. We pay attention to cosmetic effect,survival rate and life quality. Results The excellent and good rate of cosmetic effect were 58. 46% in the observation group. The survival rate were not obviously significant after operative 5 years in the two groups. The scores of life quality were obviously higher in the observation group. Conclusion The prognosis are not different in the breast-conserving surgery and modified radical mastectomy. But the surgery of breast-conserving can improve the cosmetic effect and life quality,is worthy of being recommended in clinical treatment.
