探讨产后阴道壁血肿治疗方法

摘　　要：产科临床工作中,阴道壁血肿虽为较少见的分娩并发症,但血肿范围仅限于阴道旁组织,外观难以发现,疼痛常与会阴侧切的疼痛混淆,易误诊,有时产妇发生失血性休克时才发现。本文通过对我院发生病例的产后阴道壁血肿的诊断、治疗结果,结合文献报道进行讨论分析。Clinical work in obstetrics,vaginal wall hematoma Although the rare birth complications,but the hematoma was limited to vaginal tissue and the appearance of hard to find,and the pain often confused with episiotomy pain,often misdiagnosed,and sometimes mothers,the incidence of hemorrhagic shock discovered. Based on the occurrence of cases of postpartum hospital vaginal wall hematoma,treatment outcome,combined with discussion and analysis reported in the literature.
