摘　　要：目的探讨在我国建设集团化医院的医学影像信息系统的技术架构和功能结构。方法针对海南省人民医院医学影像信息系统建设工程的实际情况,提出了一套基于互联网技术和大集中模式的集团化医院医学影像信息系统的建设方案。结果系统技术架构稳定可行,完全能够满足集团化医院医学影像信息系统建设的需求。结论基于互联网技术和大集中模式的集团化医院医学影像信息系统的建设方案可行。Objective To explore the technology architecture and functional structure about medical imaging information system of group hospital in China.Methods Combining with the actuality about medical imaging information system in Hainan Provincial People＇s Hospital,this paper proposes a construction program of medical imaging information system based on Internet and centralized model.Results The system is stable,and can meet the demands of medical imaging information system construction in group hospitals. Conclusion Based on Internet technology and large centralized model,the construction of medical imaging information system is feasible.
