摘　　要：介绍了"美国图书馆参考咨询从业人员行为规则",指出当前我国图书馆存在的"重科技,轻人文"的问题,提出了建设图书馆人文精神的几点建议。This paper introduces the Conduct Rules for the Reference Employees of American Libraries,points out the problem of＂emphasizing the technology and neglecting the humanity＂existing in China’s libraries at present,and puts forward some suggestions on constructing the humanistic spirit in the library.
