摘　　要：阐述了对现代图书馆核心价值的理解,探讨了实现核心价值的馆员服务意识和实现图书馆核心价值的馆员素质,指出实现图书馆核心价值的决定要素是图书馆的人力资源。This paper expounds the understanding of modern library’s core value,probes into librarian’s service consciousness of realizing the core value and librarian’s quality of realizing library’s core value,and points out that the decisive factor for realizing library’s core value is library’s human resource.
