摘　　要：从馆员应具备的素质能力、创新管理服务手段方式及深入开发过刊文献信息资源3个方面,提出了提高民族地区高校图书馆过刊文献利用率和使用效益的方法及途径。This paper puts forward some methods and approaches for improving the utilization rate and utilization efficiency of back issues and literatures of university libraries in regions inhabited by minority ethnic groups from three aspects of the qualities and abilities that librarians should possess,the innovation of the management and service method and the deep development of back issues and literatures information resources.
