摘　　要：介绍了Web3.0的概念与特征,结合宜宾学院酒文化信息服务平台的建设实践,探讨了基于Web3.0相关技术下构建宜宾学院酒文化信息服务平台的基本框架,旨在为基于Web3.0的我国高校图书馆特色数据库信息服务平台的建设提供借鉴。This paper introduces the concepts and characteristics of Web 3.0,and connecting with the construction practice of the Wine Culture Information Service Platform of Yibin University,probes into the basic framework of constructing the Wine Culture Information Service Platform of Yibin University based on Web 3.0 for providing some references for the construction of characteristic database information service platform based on Web 3.0 in China’s university libraries.
