摘　　要：根据查新工作经验,探讨了查新项目委托书填写过程中出现的问题及后果,并提出了相应的对策,强调应重视查新项目委托书的填写。According to the working experiences of novelty retrieval,this paper probes into the problems in the filling process of letter of authorization of novelty retrieval project and their consequences,puts forward some corresponding countermeasures,and emphasizes that we should pay attention to the filling of the letter of authorization of novelty retrieval project.
