浅谈新“城中村”的改造设计

摘　　要：结合"城中村"改造的特点与城市发展的目标,在具体项目中找到一条符合城市绿色、和谐发展方向的"城中村"改造的方法,旨在创造一个布局合理、配套齐全、环境优美的新型居住区,实现社会效益、经济效益和环境效益的统一。Connecting with the features of the transformation of the urban village and the targets of urban development,this paper finds a method for the transformation of the urban village in a concrete project that is in line with the greening and harmonious development of the city and is aimed at creating a new-type residential community with reasonable layout,complete facilities and beautiful environment and realizing the integration of social benefit,economic benefit and environmental benefit.
