摘　　要：介绍了国内外粉末冶金法制备泡沫铝和泡沫铝夹芯板的研究现状,指出了现有制备方法的优势和不足,重点阐述了粉末组成、发泡剂及造孔剂的选用、粉末压制、升温制度等关键技术,分析了泡沫铝研究的现存问题和发展趋势。The current status at home and abroad on preparing aluminum foam and aluminum foam sandwitch by powder metallurgy method is introduced, the advantages and disadvantages of existing methods are pointed out. The key techniques of powderconstituent, foaming agent and space-holder selection, compacting powder, the system of elevating temperature are emphatically expounded. The existing problem and the development trend of foam aluminum are analysed.
