摘 要:[目的]了解血液透析患者丙肝病毒感染状况,为采取防治对策提供依据。[方法]收集整理2008年1月至2010年5月我院维持性血透患者120例,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(EUSA)法于血透前后检测抗HCV,透析治疗后6月至12月仅有一例发生丙肝病毒感染,感染率0.8%。透析治疗后12月至30月未再发生丙肝病毒感染。[结论]血液透析是HCV感染的重要途径。加强对血透患者HCV感染者的管理,严格消毒隔离,透析器一次使用等可有效控制血液透析(HD)患者高HCV感染状态。[Objective]To investigate the present situation of hepatitis C virus (HCV)infection in patients with maintenance hemodialysis. [Methods] We Collect 120 patients with maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from January, 2008 to July, 2010.An- ti-HCV Of the 120 hemodialysis patients before and after hemodialysis was det^ted with ELISA method. Within 6 to12 months of hemodialysis there were only one patient who were infected by HCV. The positive rate of anti-HCV in patients was 0.8% .Within the 12 to 30 naonths of hemodialysis there were no more patients who were infected by HCV. [Conclusion] Hemodialysis plays a very important role in the infection of hepatitis. By controlling the risk factors such as isolating HCV infected patients among hemodialysis patients,and applying disposable dialyzer can partially reduce the transmission of HCV among hemodialysis patients.
