功能矫治器前伸下颌后SD大鼠咀嚼肌中Ⅳ型胶原mRNA表达水平的改变

摘　　要：目的：通过检测大鼠下颌前伸后咀嚼肌中Ⅳ型胶原的表达水平的改变，研究颌骨矫形过程中咀嚼肌适应性变化及其规律，并初步探讨其适应性变化机制，为矫形治疗提供新的理论依据。方法：选用40只4周龄雄性Sprague—Dawley（SD）大鼠为实验对象，用自制的功能矫治器斜导导下颌向前。采用RT-PCR法对Ⅳ型胶原mRNA进行测定。结果：实验组Ⅳ型胶原的表达随着时间的变化出现先增加后减少再增加的表现，实验组Ⅳ型胶原的表达较实验组整体减少。结论：Ⅳ型胶原介导了组织重构过程，为MMPs、TIMPs的平衡理论提供了新的依据，即MMPs／TIMPs处于一个平衡-改变-平衡这样一个动态的平衡当中。Objective： To evaluate the masticatory muscle in rats in Mandibular Protrusion expression of collagen type Ⅳ changes of masticatory muscles during jaw orthopedic adaptive changes its laws, and investigate the mechanism of adaptive change, as orthopedic treatment of the new theory. Methods： 40 4 week old male Sprague-Dawley （SD） rats as experimental subjects, with home-made functional appliance Bevel guide jaw forward, randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Results： RT-PCR analysis of transcription and translation of lcollagen type IV expression. Results： The expression of collagen type IV changes over time, there is increased and then decreased to increase the performance of the experimental group, the expression of collagen type Ⅳ compared with the overall reduction of the experimental group. Conclusion： Ⅳ collagen remodeling process mediated by the Organization for MMPs ／ TIMPs balance theory provides a new basis.
