摘　　要：目的：探讨我院引进了美国G5振动排痰机在ICU患者使用后排痰的临床效果观察与护理.方法：2010年1月-2010年5月对15例肺部感染痰液堵塞的患者应用美国G5振动排痰机治疗,并给予配合护理.结果：患者排痰治疗有效率为100%.结论： 使用振动排痰机刺激患者咳嗽加剧,与有效的体位结合,解决痰液积聚,避免人工手法由于力度不均匀时对患者产生的不舒服感,而提高了治疗效果.Objective： Discussed my courtyard to introduce an American G5 vibration row of phlegm machine to use the back row phlegm in the ICU patient the clinical effect observation and nursing. Methods：In January,2010 - May,2010 the patient who infects the sputamentum jamming to 15 example lungs applies the American G5 vibration row of phlegm machine treatment, and gives coordinate nursing. Results：The patient arranges the phlegm treatment effectiveness is 100~. Conclusion： Use vibration row of phlegm machine stimulation patient coughs intensifies, with the effective body posture union,the solution sputamentum agglomeration, avoids the artificial technique because dynamics non--uniform time has the uncomforta- ble feeling to the patient, but enhanced the treatment result.
