摘　　要：目的：探讨手外伤后一体化综合康复策略.方法：个案分析.47岁女工,因压面机致伤右手.手外科及康复医学科组成康复团队进行一体化综合康复.结果：3个月后,患者手功能基本恢复,能够完成日常的生活活动并回到原有工作岗位.结论：一体化综合功能康复有利于手外伤患者的功能康复,促进患者早日回归社会.Objeetive： After discussion flesh wound integrated synthesis recovery strategy. Methods：Case analysis. 47 year old female worker, because the grain press wounds the right hand. The hand surgical department and the rehabilitative medicine section becomes the recovery team to carry on the integrated synthesis recovery. Results： After 3 months,the patient hand function basic restoration, can complete the daily life to move and to re- turn to the original operating post. Conclusion; The integrated synthesis function recovery is advantageous to the hand flesh wound patient＇s function recovery, will promote the patient soon to return the society.
