针灸推拿治疗桡骨远端骨折所致肩周炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察针灸推拿治疗桡骨远端骨折所致肩周炎的临床疗效.方法：25例桡骨远端骨折术后诱发创伤性肩周炎患者,均行针灸推拿治疗.采用肩关节疼痛积分法评价治疗前后疼痛变化情况,并测量治疗前后肩关节活动度（ROM）变化情况.结果：治疗后所有患者的肩关节疼痛积分均较治疗前有所下降,经比较具有统计学差异（P〈0.05） 肩关节活动范围也均有所改善,且与治疗前比较均有统计学差异（P〈0.05）.结论：针灸推拿治疗桡骨远端骨折所致肩周炎具有较好疗效,宜于在临床治疗中开展运用.Objective：To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture and massage to traumatic periarthritis of shoulder for Patients with Barton fracture. Methods：25 cases with traumatic periarthritis of shoulder because of Barton fracture were treated by acupuncture and massage. They were assessed with Shoul- der Pain score and ROM of shoulder joint before and after treatment. Results： After treatment, the scores of Shoulder Pain were lower than before treatment,and there was a significant difference in statistics（P（0.05） ;The ROM of shoulder joint were improved,and there was a significant difference in statistics（P（0.05） Conclusion：Acupuncture and massage can be a good treatment for the patients with traumatic periarthritis of shoulder because of Barton fracture.
