摘　　要：目的：探讨三磷酸胞苷二钠联合葛根素治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效 方法：随机选取糖尿病周围神经病变的患者60例,随机分为观察组和治疗组,对照组采用饮食控制、体育锻炼、降糖药物和降脂药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用静滴三磷酸胞苷二钠联合葛根素 观察两组患者的临床治疗效果.结果：观察组有效率为86.67%,对照组有效率为53.33%.两组比较差异有显著性（P＜0.05）.结论：三磷酸胞苷二钠联合葛根素对糖尿病周围神经病变的患者能改善神经运动传导的速度,疗效确切,能提高患者的生活质量.Objective： Discusses three phosphoric acid butcher glucoaide two sodium union Kudzu root element to treat diabetes the peripheral nerve pathological change clinical curative effect ：Methods： Stochastic selection diabetes the peripheral nerve pathological change patient 60 examples, divide into the observation group and the treatment group stochastically, the control group use the diet control, the physical training, fall the sugar medicine and fall the fat medicine treatment, the observation group add in the control group foundation with the static drop three phosphoric acid butcher glucoside two sodium unite the Kudzu root element;Observes two group Of patient＇s clinical treatment results. Results：Observation group ef- fectiveness is 86.67~ ,control group effectiveness is 53. 33~. Two group of;comparison differences have the significance （P（0.05）. Conclusion： Three phosphoric acid butcher glucoside two sodium union Kudzu root element the peripheral nerve pathological change patient can improve the nerve movement conduction to diabetes the speed,the curative effect is accurate,can improve patient＇s quality of life.
