摘　　要：目的：探讨颈椎病的临床表现与不同体位的投照关系.材料和方法：：选择380例颈椎病患者,就X线征象与临床表现进行对照分析.结果：不同类型的颈椎病,有相应的病理基础和X线征象特点.结论：不同的临床表现应选择与之相应的投照位置,旨在提高其诊断水平.Objective：Discusses clinical manifestation and different body posture throwing which the cervical vertebra gets sick according to rela- tions. Material and method：, Chooses 380 example cervical vertebra sickness patient, the X sign and the clinical manifestation carry on the check anal- ysis. Results：Different type cervical vertebra sickness, has the corresponding pathology foundation and X sign characteristic. Conclusion： The different clinical manifestation should choose with it corresponding throwing according to the position,is for the purpose of raising its diagnosis level.
