颈内动脉肌纤维发育不良致分水岭脑梗塞1例报告并文献复习

摘　　要：目的：探讨肌纤维发育不良致分水岭脑梗塞的特点.方法：回顾我院数字减影脑血管造影（DSA）检查诊断的颈内动脉纤维发育不良致分水岭脑梗塞1例,并复习相关文献.结果：本例DSA表现为双侧颈内动脉均匀变细,为同心圆柱狭窄,头颅CT 影像为右颞、顶、枕部分水岭梗塞.文献报道了7例不同类型脑分水岭脑梗塞,DSA显示颈内动脉呈串珠样狭窄、平滑管狭窄、憩室型改变.结论：分水岭脑梗塞的病因之一可能是肌纤维发育不良（FMD）.Objective： The discussion muscle fiber maldevelopment sends the watershed cerebral infarction the characteristic. Results： This example DSA performance for the two--sided neck in the artery even thinning,is narrow for the concentric column,the head CT phantom for right nie,goes against,the occiput watershed blocks. The litera- ture had reported 7 example different type brain watershed cerebral infarction, DSA demonstrated in the neck the artery assumes the string of beads type narrowly,the smooth tube narrow, rests the room change. Conclusion： One of walershed cerebral infarction causes of disease possibly is muscle fiber maldcvelopment （FMD）.
