交锁髓内钉与钢板治疗肱骨干骨折疗效比较

摘　　要：目的：对比分析交锁髓内钉与钢板治疗成人肱骨干骨折的临床疗效.方法：选取我院2003至2009年间收治的成人新鲜肱骨干骨折病例62例,其中应用带锁髓内钉治疗30例,钢板治疗32例.临床及影像学评价骨折愈合时间,桡神经损伤,术后关节功能（Rodriguez M erchan 的标准）.结果：术后随访平均14个月.术后6月愈合率钢板组59.4%,髓内钉组80% 桡神经损伤钢板组3例,髓内钉组则无 术后关节功能评分髓内钉组优24例,钢板组优23例 术后骨不连钢板组2例,髓内钉组无.结论：髓内钉同钢板对于治疗成人肱骨干骨折均能提供稳定固定及满意疗效,但对于减少手术并发症髓内钉则更具优势.Objective：The contrast analysis junction locks in the marrow the nail and the steel plate treats the adult brachium backbone bone fracture the clinical curative effect. Methods：Selects my courtyard admits from 2003 the adult fresh brachium backbone bone fracture case of illness 62 examples which to 2009, in which locks in the marrow using the belt the nail to treat 30 examples, the steel plate treats 32 examples. Clinical and phantom study appraisal bone fracture cicatrization time, nervus radialis damage, after technique joint function （Rodriguez M erchan standard）. Results：After the technique makes a follow-- up visit the average for 14 months. After technique in June recovery rate steel plate group 59.4% ,in marrow nail group 80% ;The nervus radialis damage steel plate group 3 examples, in the marrow the nail group does not have; After technique in joint function grading marrow nail group superior 24 examples, steel plate group superior 23 examples;After the technique the bone does not link the steel plate group 2 examples,in the marrow the nail group does not have. Conclusion： In the marrow the nail regarding treats the adult brachium backbone bone fracture with the steel plate to be able to provide stable fixed and the satisfactory curative effect,but regarding reduced surgery complication marrow in nail then has the superiority.
