摘　　要：通过对国内外先进电力调度机构的3种组织架构的比较分析,提出了最佳实践模式,跳出现有工作模式的思维束缚,探索更高效的业务开展模式,实现创建国内领先、国际先进调度机构的目标。This paper compares and analyzes three organization structure models of advanced power dispatching institutions at home and abroad to propose a best-practice pattern.This pattern helps the organization get rid of existing working pattern＇s restraint,explore more efficient business model,and implement domestically leading dispatching institution which is also advanced compared to those aboard.
