国际商务活动中的跨文化非语言交际

摘　　要：跨文化交际包括语言交际和非语言交际。在国际商务活动中非语言交际起着举足轻重的作用，占整个交际过程的65％。如果只注重语言交际的作用，而忽略非语言交际的重要作用，就会导致非语言交际冲突和障碍。本文从跨文化交际的角度，探讨了非语言交际在国际商务活动中的作用、类型、信息传递以及如何防止和消除非语言交际的冲突与障碍。Intercultural communication includes language communication and non - verbal communication. In international business activities non - verbal communication plays a vital role, about 65%. If we only put our emphasis on the role of language communication, and ignore the non- language communication, the conflict and barrier in communication will appear. This thesis explores role, type, message delivery of the non - verbal communication in international business activities from the perspective of cross - cultural communication, and how to prevent and eliminate non - verbal communication of conflicts and obstacles.
