摘 要:本文从分析工厂用型砂影响铸件的表面粗糙度的因素入手,通过对原材料、型砂性能的大量试验,总结出降低铸铁件表面粗糙度的方法。就是:选择合适细度和烧结点的原砂、合适光亮碳含量的煤粉或一定量防粘砂的附加物。通过浇注试验件,证明了上述方法是有效的。This paper presents a method to improve the unacceptable surface rough of cast iron parts produced which was got by first analyzing of the influencing factors of mould sand used in the factory on the surface rough of cast iron parts, then the doing of a great many of tests of the properties of the original materials and mould sands. The method is to select the original sand with the suitable size and sintering temperature and the coal dust with the suitable amount of the bright carbon or to add a certain amount of additives preventing adhesive defects. The method described above has been approved useful so far by the pouring tests of cast iron parts.
