摘　　要：黄骅港一期翻车机原配广播系统是全部采用人工喊话完成的,每次作业前由操作员喊话,如果出现操作员疏忽忘记喊话的情况,现场维修人员和清扫人员可能会因为不知道作业而出现危险情况,本文主要介绍了将原配的人工喊话系统改为自动喊话系统,解决了因操作员作业前疏忽忘记喊话提醒现场人员的隐患。Huanghua port first dumper original system for broadcasting all use artificial propaganda complete, before each operation by the operator loudspeaker, if there is negligence situation of workers that forget propaganda operation, on-site maintenance staff and cleaning staff may be at a dangerous situation,because they do not know the operation, this article introduces the original manual loudspeaker system changed into automatic loudspeaker system and solves the hidden dangers operation due to operator negligence that forget the propaganda to remind the scene staff before operation.
